Matthias
Lechner has joined the MLF department at
Rutlish until the end of this academic
year and
will be working as a language assistant. In Germany, Matthias is studying
German and English in Tria, which is the oldest city in
Germany. As part of his studies, he has to complete three months abroad, which
is what has brought him to Rutlish. After university Matthias would like to
become a teacher so working at Rutlish will be a great experience. His role is
not to teach whole classes but to work with small groups to help students to
improve their German including their pronunciation, sentence structure and
vocabulary. He will also teach students about life in Germany and bring some
German music, food and humour (that’s right) into lessons.
This
will be a great opportunity for the boys studying German as well as for Mr
Lechner.
